Noise reduction

Hello, my name is Jim and I am new here. I have a small system, some VTL mono block amps and pre amp, an OTTO 203 player, a Denon DP-62L turntable and some Martin Logan speakers. I run some DH Labs speaker/interconnect cables with some KLE interconnect cables. I have a Topaz 2.4Kva isolation transformer with two Furman power strips and I got a used Noise sniffer and I can reduce the noise and hash that is on the AC line to almost nothing. The system draws about 3 amps when running. The combination of the two devices with the isolation transform plugged into the wall socket then the two power strips seems to work the best. By themselves there is some or no reduction in noise at all. I have used a isolation transformer in the past and I can attest to their worthiness in my systems. Even friends can hear the difference( a small improvement) but a noticeable difference. The noise floor is reduced, and a better sound field is apparent and also a haze or veil is removed. I won't be without one and would highly recommend to anyone out there.
