New system for Jazz music

looking to jump back into Hifi after a break for a few years. Looking for a good return system on a budget. I have listened to many speakers, amps and turntables and narrowed down to the following. let me know thoughts or concerns. Just so you know I looked at B&W, Dynaudio, Canton, Revel, KEF, Sonus Faber etc. The KEF LS50 & Dynaudio Emit 20 were seriously considered as were some older used Canton Vento Reference 9.2 DC, about same price as the Focal. The amps would be for a couple years until I can upgrade to either a Primaluna EVO 300 or McIntosh MC275 which I had years ago but lost to some theives. These are not in my immediate budget. Like I said in the subject I listen to 90 precent Jazz and some classic on vinyl. I may in the future add FLAC play back ability but its unlikely as its as much about the feel as the experience of the listening. so I like to compare it to opening a bottle of wine with a cork screw as opposed to out of a pop top can.

Option 1 ($3000)
REGA P3 turn table
Shiit MANI phone stage
Parasound New Classic 200 amp
ELAC debut 2.0 DB62 speakers
audio quest power, speaker and interconnects

Option 2 ($4600 a little larger spend)
Music Hall 7.3MMF with Ortofon Bronze MM turn table
Vincent Audio PHO 701 tube phone stage but upgrading the factory tube to PSVANE 12AU7II
Cambridge CXA81 amp
Focal Aria 906 6.5 speakers (great deal right now)
Audioquest power, speaker and interconnects

Thoughts and personal options are welcome. I know people will vary on what they like.

I should add the listing room

I should add the listing room is a smaller room, around 150 square feet. It has hardwood floors but I put down a think silk Turkish rug and I mounted acoustic art on the walls to reduce bounce. thanks...
