Magnepan MGMC1's are designed for wall mounting. They mount on the side walls and are used with hinges to allow folding them flat when not in use. All other panel speakers that I have any knowledge of do not allow wall mounting. The smaller Maggies need a subwoofer, especially the MGMC1's. I currently use panels (electrostatics) and have used nothing else since purchasing a pair of MG-1's in 1976.
