Here we see Music Direct’s Besflores Nievera, Jr., happily manning the vinyl. I get up, and nothing gets me down.

Hey! I bought my RP1 from Music Direct and had some issues with platter wobble. I called Music Direct and they put me through to Bes. He got my issue to Rega and a dead-steady platter and subplatter in my hands in less than a week. Great customer service, great guy!
