Where can I buy Molly Toes?
Welcome to the forum.
Jonathan Scull wrote about those in 2002:

Jerry Raskin used to give them away with the purchase of Music Hall turntables as recently as January 2005 (a Google cache provides a time frame.) He probably ran out of them. They were likely a budget product he found and renamed, judging from the stuff currently available on his site named after his daughter:

Thank you for your welcome and for the information. Already e-mailed The Needle Doctor asking if he still has a couple of them around. Changing the subject, I wanted to buy an audiophile cd from Stereophile but gasped when I found out the shipping charges equal the price of the cd. What do you think about that?
I don't have any thoughts on this, especially given that there is quite a range of products & prices, and that I don't know where the CD is getting shipped.

Hello Roberto.
John Atkinson and I recently met with the company that fulfills orders of our CDs and backissues to discuss this very topic. Though we realize that shipping costs can be quite expensive, we found that the costs currently in place for our customers are fair; they should reflect the cost of shipping you normally incur when purchasing merchandise from the US. If we can come up with a better, more efficient, and mutually beneficial way of dealing with shipping costs, we'll certainly do so.
If you'd like to tell me where you are located and what costs you were estimated, I can find out if a mistake was made.
