Hi, nerdicus. You can definitely mix & match tubes w/ solid state. You can use the Bellari with a solid state amp, no problem, so you'll get some of that tube sound in the signal path when playing vinyl. If you also want to have some tube magic in the linestage, you should look into getting a used solid state integrated amp with a pre-amp in option, which would let you bypass the integrated's linestage to run a tube pre-amp with your solid state integrated. So when you are looking for an integrated, check to see if it has this function. You can just run the integrated's built-in linestage to start, then later, you can add a tube pre-amp to suit your preferences.
