Missing optical digital out terminal on my cd player

Hi

My Technics sl-p555 only wants to play digital out.
But for some bizar reason my optical out connector is gone, empty hole at the rear.

I try to find this component but nowhere to find.
I have a Sony one but this one has only 2 pins wile in the mainboard of the Technics I see 4 pinholes in row and 2 aside.
Do not know if i will be able to install one, without breaking a pin.

So 2 questions.
Anyone knows where I can still find these end 1980 component ?
2. Is there an alternative ?? Why does he refuse the analog out? Can this be fixed ?
Manual says the message digital out means digital can be used wike playing, not that this is the only way.

Thank you for any bit of help.
The cd still sells a 250$. So it is worth.

Greetings

Already found that one, but

Already found that one, but no trail of a optical outout connector. I am no electronic, so the rest ???
I do not understand why parts like an optical chassis connectir cannot be found. Internet is not anymore what it was. And how can I figure out what is it that keeps the analog outputs from working.
And aren’t there anymore audioparts stores that sell these little optical out blocks. ? Hard to believe.
Igot more tgan 120 devices, but only1 technics cd. Damn it...
Thanks for your response anyway.

Thank you.

Thank you.
But the shape , with no hole for a screw. And 3 pins in line instead of 4 looks like a moderb styled connector.
But mean time, I thought why do the analog connections do not work.
I searched and searched. Finally i lifted the 90degrees metal that goes into the board and where the incoming plug glides on. Wonder, i got music.
The minus side same.
But how keep them lifted. ?
Many trials finally got me both channels, without humming, working.
God. 300€ saved.
Hopefully he stays ok. Will be careful cause it is a tricky thing

Optical outs came in many forms. Also the 2 plastic black legs will stand in the way.
But i will keep the address in case.

Thanks and Greetings
Ignace

That was just the first thing that turned up from Google. There are many more and, I think, even one that fits your needs.
Anyway, glad you've had some success.
