My copy has extremely messy digital graphics. No big deal, but your advertisers will probably be giving you a call.

I haven't noticed anything wrong with my copy. Can you give me some page numbers, Monty, please? Thank you.

Hey Stephen, pgs. 159 (Oracle), 143 (Classe) and the back-inside cover, though this last one may simply be DK's intention to convey something that is not identifiable.

In any event, the other two aren't much better than the back-inside cover. Perhaps a quality control issue at the printer. Hey, the text is top notch through-out so it's probably just a digital transfer glitch.

As far as I am am aware, DK's ad on the inside back cover is intended to look as it does. Regarding the Overture ad on p.143, which features Classe, I am informed that our production manager did warn the advertiser that the image would not reproduce very well, but she was advised to go ahead regardless. It gives me no satisfaction to see that our production manager was correct. :-(

I don't know what happened with the Oracle ad on p.159, but I note that it is from the same advertiser and may well have suffered from the same problem.

We do make available to advertisers detailed specifications on advertising material requirements and we do advise advertisers on the importance of conforming to those specifications.
