There are lots of folks fitting in their summer vacations before the crumb crunchers have to get back to school. If they've been good in the past then I would tend to think maybe they just took a little time off. I say this because that has happened to me with a tube tester manual from a usually reliable outfit...last summer as a matter of fact.

After five days, I received a message from ManualsCenter.com, asking me to explain my problem.
It turns out that there is an issue with their website. To retrieve your manual once paid for, you need to click on a tiny arrow next to "My Downloads". Clicking on the link identifying the manual returns a "Not Found" error.
I have strongly suggested that they fix this problem, and email the buyer with a direct link to the purchased manual.
I wonder how many others have been confused by this, resulting in their current poor reputation?
The lack of response to emails is another issue entirely...
