Background:
My ears are 64 years old.

I'm new to this group. I am not close to an audiophile level at all. I don't have a brilliant sound system to play with.
This is to search for good quality but lightweight headphones.
Due to the activities I do around, I can't stay in one place and listen to music. So the lined headphone is out of the question, especially after my brain surgery.

I love listening to bass-heavy music/songs/pop/ whatever. Hope to get some advice from you experts.

In the past, I've tried the V-Moda, Sony WH-1000XM4, and Apple AirPods Max, all brought pains at the end of the day. Maybe I shouldn't listen to songs with them for that long. Or, perhaps I just haven't found the right one.

Thank you for any pointers you might want to teach me when choosing my dream headphone.
