The new Paradigm Titan Monitors for $500/pair are an excellent value and will have the efficiency to accommodate your 20 wpc receiver.

The Human 81+ for $745/pair, while 25" tall work best on stands and are an exceptional full range (37Hz-26kHz +/- 2dB) loudspeaker; probably one of the best for the price.
