I feel your pain. 
I had several months where I missed copies of my subscription and got onto Stephen Mejias the Mod, and Forum guy. He was amazingly helpful in sorting it out an making sure I received replacement copies. I am sure he won't mind you giving him a PM asking him to assist you.

I have always had good luck with their customer service. Actually, for reasons unknown, this years mail around Christmas has been far slower than any year I can recall. I bought a CD from Amazon, shipped 10 days ago, and still not received. My Christmas cards all arrived either the day before Christmas or in the few days after. I got a visa bill the day it was due!
I am hoping the magazine is simply still in the mail and the post office will deliver it this week....maybe.
