Impact of USB to COAX Adapter on Sampling Rate

I have a Parasound P5 pre-amp that has an integrated Burr-Brown PCM1798 DAC and would like to stream music to it from my Windows 10 PC which is ~ 40' away.

I would like to use the P5 DAC's COAX input which supports 192kHz/24 bit, however my PC only has USB ports where the P5 DAC limits USB input to 96kHz/24 bit.

If I connect the PC to a COAX cable via a USB to stereo-COAX adapter, will the connection be at 96 or 192 kHz?

Thanks!

It will be determined the

It will be determined the component with the lowest bandwidth. 96KHz.
