Those drivers aren't particularly expensive to replace. I see them offered for sale on ebay fairly often and at give away prices.
You can purchase replacement drivers from PSB or through a PSB dealer. If they aren't under any warranty or if they weren't obviously damaged during shipping and you didn't insure against shipping damage then either look for a driver on ebay, contact PSB or a PSB dealer.
Drivers are very easy to replace, but make sure that the wiring to the drivers and the binding posts haven't come loose before spending any money on a new driver. It's possible that there is a problem with the crossover network, but that's far less likely.
