One afternoon, Temple Public Radio played a couple of selections from this disc. I liked what I heard so much, I purchased the disk.

This is great music from a composer that I was up to now unfamiliar with and who does not appear to be represented on many recordings. It is getting heavy rotation.

What is interesting is that this recording is not from a traditional orchestra. It was recorded at the Hot Springs Music Festival which is a once a year gathering of musicians from around the world. http://www.hotmusic.org/abouthsmf.htm
