Under the leadership of Steve Jain, Fidelity Imports brings to market a selection of exceptional brands including Diptyque, Primare, Unison Research, Opera Loudspeakers, Gold Note electronics, Q Acoustics, and Acoustic Energy.

In the Park room, Jain and Co. brought a system of equally vaunted equipment. A Michell Audio Gyro SE turntable ($6499) was mounted with a Goldring Elite MC cartridge ($999), the duo carrying signal into the new Michell Audio Apollo/Music phono preamp and power supply ($4999). An Audia Flight FLS1 Preamplifier ($9999) fed an Audia Flight FLS4 Stereo Amplifier ($11,999), driving Perlisten S7T floorstanding speakers ($21,990/pair) and Perlisten D15S 15" subwoofers ($5995/each).

A Unison Research S6 Black Edition integrated amplifier (which I raved over at Stereophile) was on static display.

But beyond purely high-ticket items, Fidelity Imports showed classic British brand Ruark in a system comprised of the company’s 100 Series. The R610 Integrated Amp/Music Console ($1599) with Apple AirPlay, Google Cast, Spotify Connect, TIDAL, with file support up to 32-bit/384kHz, was front and center.

The amp drove Ruark’s 86dB into 6 ohms Sabre-R Bookshelf Speakers ($899/pair) featuring a Ruark 15cm treated natural fiber cone woofer, and a Ruark 26mm silk dome tweeter with neodymium motor system/aluminum heatsinks. Ruark’s R410 Integrated Music System ($1799.95) and R810 Integrated Music System with table legs ($4499.95) were on view, as well as Ruark’s R1 MK4 Bluetooth Radio ($399.95).

Another product I’ve been waiting for since they announced production two years ago, the Knosti Ultrasonic Record Cleaner ($1299) is headed to NYC for Analog Planet review.

A Knosti Disco-Antistat Gen 2 Record Cleaner ($139) and Knosti Disco-Antistat Record Cleaner ($79) completed Fidelity’s vinyl cleaning products.
