Educate me on Streaming High Resolution to my System

I have read and read about this and I'm lost.

Want to stream Ultra HD from Amazon, MQA (Tidal, etc), Quboz... What do I need/want?

Bonus, will consider an standalone DAC.

No interest in multiroom, just getting more convenience into my system. Dedicated room, Infiniti IRS Beta and Aerial 8b speakers, Thresholds and Sherbourns, Modded Sony ES CD and also SACD, DAT, Nakamichi Dragon, Theta Data PRO, etc.
