DIY Portable Treatments?

Does anyone have any info on constructing portable treatments? My room is small 12 x 10 x 9 and at the majority of the left side of the room consists of windows while the majority of the right side consists of french doors that open to another room. I have a door and window at both of my first reflection points. I'd like to construct something, perhaps on casters, that I could move to those locations for listening sessions.

Real Traps makes some stand mounted stuff you could probably put on casters for easy wheeling in and out.

Both ATS Acoustics and GIK Acoustics make panels you could build a frame around. ATS also sells DIY materials, but when I added up the costs I didn't think it saved that much. Have a look:

The typical panels are not that heavy. You will not need casters unless you are putting together a massive system.

Thanks all for the recommendations. ATS seems to be a pretty good source as far as selection and pricing goes.

GIK is great to work with. Give them a call and explain what you would like to do. I'm sure they have dealt with this issue before.

Let us know what you do!
