Digital subscription only - worth it?

I've been a subscriber since 2002. Since Augustus delivery stopped for no apparent reason. Had some conversations and issues resent by the support department. I cancelled my renewal this month, because delivery was simple not happening.

Now, I consider getting a digital only subscription to at least be able to read the magazine on my IPad. Any fellow subscribers who want to share their experiences with going all-digital?

Hi Ralph,
I am suffering from the same problem.
In the meanwhile the customer service person sent 3 times 2 replacements, which in their turn never reached me either!
I suspect their distribution towards the Netherlands is lacking.
Anyone else in the Netherlands having the same problems?

This very afternoon the mailman brought the November and December the sent to me again!
But now I think I know what causes the problem
In itself it is a miracle that this shipment reached the Netherlands after all because they did not print the country of destination on the label.
Probably some more foreign subscribers have missed the last 6 issues of the magazine!

Pff. What a joke. I cancelled my long term subscription. Let's try again next year. Must be ringing a bell somewhere...
