The Bel Canto equipment will allow you to run XLR cables throughout which is preferable both from a performance aspect as well as cost. No need to look further than pro microphone cables from the likes of Mogami and Audio Technica.

Thanks, what budget should I envisage?

Sounds like a good deal. Any advice on speaker cables? I probably need 6 feet of cable for each speaker. The system may be subject to some radio interference, so not sure if there is anything in particular to consider.
Specific speaker cables are a tough recommendation as my experience would indicate they are very system dependent. I would start with some 12 quage zipcord and first get used to the system. From there I recommend Audiogon and Ebay for deals on either Kimber or Audioquest brands. Something like Kimber 8TC or Audioquest CV-8. You could get numerous other suggestions but in the end you will need to buy and try for yourself.
Enjoy your new system!

Bel Canto and Sonus Faber will match nicely with Analysis Plus Solo Crystal Oval 8. Look for it used on Audiogon.com

Audio Advisor also has great prices on Analysis Plus right now, complete with a nice return policy.
