I have owned a pair of Carver M-1 .01 amps for over 15 years and love them. They are being used bridged and have enought power to blow the house up.
If I remember correctly the M1.5T replaced the M1.5. The PM was the professional version/model I think he called it......
Years ago 90? 91? I owned the M1.5T. I purchased it to drive the original Infinity Kappa 9's. My SAE A-14 couldn't drive them at all. The M1.5T was almost just as bad. Worse yet when the amp cut out it would send a spike through the speakers (like you were disconnecting a cable with the sound up). Bought a Hafler XL-600 to replace the 1.5T. Worked great. Wouldn't even really get hot. If your speakers have a low impedence stay away from those Carvers.....
I still have my Carver M-1.0t (I thought that the 't' was for the tube like sound that Bob was playing around with at the time). I use to push a Sat/Sub system with it many years ago being fed from the Carver C-2. I liked the sound of it, and I found that it could push very hard (I don't know the ratings between the 1.0 and 1.5), but when you crank the dial all the way up, it would make a loud pop and shut off (just before your ears would make a loud pop and shut off). So, I would just turn it off and then back on again, but that was in my teenage days of yore.
As with all things, if you have access to them. Listen to all three of them in your system, and take the one(s) you like. If they don't feel right, then don't jump. I hope that you are getting a deal as well.
