Not to be nitpicky but it really belongs in entry level if you want people to notice it.

Help us with some direction. What are the parameters of your room? Do you want floor standing speakers or bookshelves with a subwoofer? Do you need the receiver / integrated amp to stream Spotify? Do you have any equipment now? If so what is it and are you certain it needs to be upgraded? Are you open to used or refurbed equipment or b stock / scratch and dents?

All this plays into what kind of system you will put together. You can put together some great sounding systems at $1000 but answers to these questions are critical to narrowing down what you want.
