Audio Interface for Microphone mixing

Hi,
im looking for a very specific device but havnt been able to find anything matching my description yet. I hope somebody can help. I would like an audio interface which can recieve two mic signals and mix them togehter as one line in to my pc (as mic). I want to monitor one of the mic signals on my headphones but not the other. The device should also recieve my PC audio and mix it into my headphones aswell. Does anyone know of such a device? Thanks for your help.

I have been using a Metric Halo 2882 for many years and it will do what you want. mhsecure.com/metric_halo/products/hardware/2882.html However, it might be overkill for you.
