Osage Audio Products LLC has entered into an exclusive worldwide marketing agreement with Audio Intelligent LLC to manufacture and distribute the Audio Intelligent Vinyl Solutions record cleaning product line. This agreement is effective immediately.

Under the terms of the agreement, Osage Audio Products LLC will manufacture and distribute Audio Intelligent Vinyl Solutions products directly to consumers through its website, www.audiointelligent.com, and also through a newly forming network of audio specialty retailers. Osage Audio Products is also currently forming an international distribution network.
