I wish. I've been in the past and it's great, except for the steamy atmosphere in the afternoon.

I guess I should plan for 2009. My oldest grand daughter lives in Slidell and it's time to introduce her to one of the finer things in life. She's a Texjun (Texas-born Cajun) so we need to complete her connection to her roots.
