Straight Wire is a sonic match for Magnepan speakers. You may want to start there. I am a "cable" guy first, and feel this is the most important aspect (and so often over-looked) of our hobby.

For the interconnects, I recommend the "double-balanced" Audioquest Chicago cables. This geometry is superior in that the cable shield is more effective in protecting the signal than in ordinary coaxial cables.

For speaker cables, I suggest the Monoprice #14 pure copper speaker cable (Monoprice #2748; 50 feet; $13.48).
