Hi to all,
Interested in an Abyss 1266 Phi TC I had contact with them, too. Their price for this headphone was very attractive. Luckily, before purchasing it I contacted Abyss US and the Swiss distributor. They don't know of any firm of this name and warned me of buying from there. I had the same experience with overly active customer contact. After one e-mail enquiry I was contacted repeatedly. Smells fishy.

We want to make it clear that we are a trusted company. Anyone can call or write to us. We will answer with pleasure. We can supply all the products we offer for sale. We only sell brand new items with the international manufacturer's warranty. The products we sell come either from the manufacturers themselves or from the most serious audio equipment wholesalers. Regarding the first comment written by jaguar66, we want to emphasize that these are pure slanders. On October 14, 2019 he placed an order with us which he canceled the same day. Then from October 15, 2019 until January 7, 2020, he sent us a multitute of messages and price requests for different models. When we decided to end this email exchange, insults and threatening emails from him started. We of course keep all of these emails available to those interested.

n response to U-G regarding Abyss, we confirm that we deliver this brand without any problems. The products we sell come either from manufacturers or from the best international wholesalers. All the products we offer on our site are 100% new and come with their international guarantee, including Abys. To accuse us of being a scam company is ridiculous because our customers pay by credit card. If individuals make an online purchase and do not receive the merchandise, they only need to contact their credit card company to be reimbursed.

I also had a bad experience with this company, High-end-turntables. I ordered and paid for a cartridge, that was listed to be “in stock” and hadn’t received any info that the item had been shipped at all.
I inquired via email a couple of times, which they did respond to, but never were able to give a firm date on when they would ship. I am disputing the charge and my credit card company is handling this.

We have informed Stan that due to the Covid19 there would be a delay in the delivery of his cartridge. One week later his credit card has been credited.

So Is there anyone who has successfully received their order from these guys?
1. All I’ve seen online is unhappy customers and excuses.
2. If you go to googlemaps streetview and try to find them on their stated address, they are simply not there(guess they’ll say smth like they don’t have an actual shop, but an office with no outside signs)
3. They are mentioned only on their own website and here) no info on the company anywhere else.
4. Never answered question about Artisan fidelity..
Common rule is if it looks to good to be true..then there must be a catch (i mean the prices for clearaudio tonearms are like 40% cheaper than from any legit dealer (that’s 2x times more than the vat)
Looks like a scam to me. Never seen a legit company going like”how can we be a scam if you can pay with a credit card and get reimbursed if we don’t send anything”. )
I mean if they would just send the goods with no problem there wouldn’t be a thread like this right

Says member of BS trading on “contact us” page and member of swiss luxury group(What? Richemont??) on “about us”. Google them please. Only the “BS” part is true))

No links, links to “favourite brands” all go to “404 page not found”

Who’s their CEO? Any linkdin ? Noones name is mentioned anywhere on their page.

Guys if you’re a legit company you should get an award for making it look 100% like a scam.

We find it very strange that a person who has never purchased from us registers on this forum on June 20, 2020 only in order to slander us ... So here is my experience (with no editorializing), just the facts. . I ordered an Acoustic Solid turntable and a Gold Note cartridge. I needed a second, non standard tower/base to fit my backup SME tonearm so there was customization in my order. The price was excellent. It took a little while and I was starting to get nervous but the table did arrive, brand new from the factory and with the second custom armboard included. Everything was as it should be including warranty card, and even cotton gloves for handling the stainless steel parts. I have been enjoying the table ever since. The cartridge however never came. After a while I was told it was not available and offered a Benz Micro instead. I said no and my credit card was refunded for the cartridge.

This is a Dublin, Ireland - Swiss Trading Company with an active website.

After many attempts to contact this company after placing an order for some Focal Utopia Headphones that went unanswered, I am posting here. I do understand a supply chain issue and lack of product availability. However, there has been no communication for 4 months after I gave a notification of a change of address. Every company I have purchase from in this industry always has been in communications regarding delays in delivery. I estimate about a dozen of emails went unanswered. The phone number I have on file is disconnected. Does anyone have any contact information?

Apparently they don't wish to be bothered by phone, so if you emails aren't being answered, you can write them an angry letter.
