Address change

A simple request.
How do I go about this?
I tried to use the online system, but it keeps showing errors
I would like to benefit from my subscription, not the new occupants of our old house, as the mail redirect does not cover a long period.

Tried online and the system only allows US and Canadian subscribers to change their details.

Now resolved after a polite nudge which is good. :)
Thanks for that.
I understand that the web page will be updated so that non US and Canadian subscribers can easily update their details.

Yeah, I had this problem 6 years ago and managed to email a kind lady in subs after a time and got it sorted.
