Creek, Rega, Music Hall - all should be adequate. I'd invest the extra cash for a Grado 325 instead of the 225. I have the MF-200 headphone, which sounds great but clamps like a vise.
I got a Creek OBH-11 and a pair of Thinksound On1s. I am very pleasantly surprised at how much better the little Creek amp sounds. The Thinksounds are spectacular but the Creek even delivered a noteworthy improvement on my cheap Sony earbuds. First rate addition to my system.
