B&W must be added to your list.

I will Add B&W to the list. I am trying to find a dealer that has several of the brands I am interested in, but it has been difficult. I will probably have to audition each speaker at a different dealer. I hope they have comparable gear. I am curious about the new ZU Audio Omen Def MK Ii' but I would have to order them and audition at home.

Quick question. I understand a speaker with a higher db rating will play louder than one with a lower db rating, but can you have a speaker too sensitive for an amp?

I assume the Focal at 91.5 db will play substantially louder than the Jade 5 at 87 db. I Also noticed the ZU is over 100 db. Is this too much for my tube amp? Does it introduce hiss at lower volumes? I am just trying to understand this specification better.

Thanks!

Provided that your amp (or pre-amp) has a low-noise volume control section, and provided that the loudspeaker in question has a reasonably high minimum impedance, there should not be a major problem driving a high-efficiency/high sensitivity loudspeaker using a high-powered tube amp, since the amp will likely be well within its optimal operating envelope.

Going the other way, driving a low-efficiency/low-sensitivity loudspeaker with a low-powered amp can indeed cause all kinds of problems however...
