That Audeze thing seems to be an inside job or at least based on inside information. That's a cultural familiarity, maybe even involving those large scale, organized shoplifting gangs who deal in internationally traded goods all the time. (Taking shelter in or behind boxes to protect your movements about the factory? That's fairly sophisticated...and displays a kind of temporal comfort, indicating lookouts about the immediate neighborhood, imo.)
The AudioVision job seems to be by people only intellectually equipped to so much as get a (presumably) hot car as a battering ram, to know that there's something of value in a high end audio store, yet at the same time remain totally clueless as to what that might be or what to do with it. A complete cultural unfamiliarity.
