As far as the spelling, guilty as charged. I'm a terrible speller, always have been. One year (the only class I ever failed) I passed French and Spanish and flunked English lol. Never thought I was going to spend my later years having a forum and being asked to write books. I pitty my editors LOL.

Poking a little fun at myself though, at least I'm in good company. http://www.onlinecollegecourses.com/2012/01/24/15-famous-thinkers-who-couldnt-spell/

Ordinarily I'd let spelling slide but your spelling is unusually bad. I "pitty" my editors, you say. Good one! LOL now, If an engineer has bad spelling that's one thing, that's to be expected, but you're no engineer so you can't use that excuse. If I were you I'd march right back to that Dayton public school and demand my money back. Now that you're getting all caught up on what Internet Trolls are and how bad your spelling actually is maybe it's time now that you're in your later years, and what with your aspirations to be some sort of Internet presence and audio guru, to learn what audiophiles and the big world of physics have been up to while you've been merrily Stove Piping away all these years off in TuneLand. One more thing, before I forget, you still haven't learned the difference between honest debate and name calling.

I assume you have NOT yet learned that by posting trash you found written by people who are themselves lying trolls makes you a lying troll. Ironic, huh? It would also make you a, uh, slow learner. I hate to feed the troll but , guess what? You missed The Amazing Randi's other 4 diatribes on Machina Dynamica and yours truly. Like you Randi had quite the hard on for Machina Dynamica. Which is quite odd, actually, since he usually went after folks with supposed paranormal powers and spoon benders like Uri Geller, who by coincidence follows the bit on your humble scribe in the article you linked to. Hel-loo! You see, Randi ran out of paranormal things to go after so he came up audiophiles. Audiophiles! Yeah, that's it! LOL. Hell, he even went after Stereophile. Where have you been? Oh, I almost forgot, you've been Stove Piping in LaLaLand for the past thirty years.

Oh, I don't think too many people are going to think of me as anything more than the designer of tunable products and methods, geoff.

And, from what I am told, TuneLand is viewed as one of the most informative sites in the hobby for the extreme listener.

An Internet troll, or simply troll in Internet slang, is someone who posts controversial, inflammatory, irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum or chat room, with the primary intent of provoking other users into an emotional response or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion."

When you post inflammatory unsubstantiated third hand information - as you did with The Amazing Randi article and the Rip Off Report link - are are behaving like an INTERNET TROLL. HEL-LOO!! You seem to spend a great deal of time attacking me personally and not too much time discussing the topic, no matter what thread you're on. You ARE good at puffery and self promotion. But we already knew that. Also, it's not surprising that you attract a lot of adherents, just like Elmer Gantry was able to attract a lot of adherents. You would have made an excellent used car salesman methinks.

I can't see me promoting anything outside of what I have been blessed with experiencing. The thought of selling gives me the creeps, yuk. Now promoting what I enjoy, that's a different story. I've learned that everyone's actions is a reflection of who they are and what they have done, and I believe what they were created to do, or what they have been trained to do.

naive about trolling? I suppose I am

I look at what you do and it makes me think, if I had to live a life like that I'd put a gun to my head. Seriously! I couldn't live with nothing but creating spins and making wars. Getting known for stiring the pot instead of being a true innovator would be living in hell for me. I know that not everyone rises to their potential for good, but when someone lives in the selling of bad, it feels dark and desperate to me.

Honestly Geoff, I do hope you have more than what you display here. I don't think anyone who lives to create bad vibes and deception can have much happiness. I mean creating lies to try to make it look like someone else is sharing lies is pretty low life, and you do this all the time up here. And what's sad to me is everyone knows you are doing this and that has no effect on you. That tells me you have trained (conditioned) yourself for many years at doing this. It has become your "practice", and you have turned this into an art form for yourself, and probably have talked yourself into this being justified.

I couldn't do it, and if that means I am naive to the workings of the world, I'll take the naive route.

There are so many great things about music, when I see someone stuck because of their pride or stubborness, I dismiss this as a personal hangup. We all have them and if someone chooses not to progress that's find with me. Most of those people are polite enough to let the forward thinkers move forward. But it's those people who can't help themselves from jumping on the train tracks time after time knowing they are getting run over, that make me feel sad for the industry and hobby. That's why I can't stay in the trolling apprenticeship with you for very long. For myself, I read you and think how to get back to promoting music with this guy trying to turn things up-side-down. And so I feel really bad when I am pulled into your mess more than talking about the topic.

At this point, until I learn a way around you, I'll have to keep my one eye on the goal and one eye your hell, hoping that will come to a peaceful end for you someday. And I do hope you find peace Geoff. This industry and hobby is so full of joy that someone creating anything but that tells me there is something gravely wrong.

This said, I'm here to help people and that means more to me than you trying to distract them. I weird place to be sure.

I sure am glad your willing to teach me mr. kait. Why you must be about the greatest audio pal anyone could have.

I hope someday I can be as smart as you. I look at your products and go, wow geese mr. kait.

Kinda makes me feel stupid now to put up our product page after that, but I'll give it a try.
http://tuneland.techno-zone.net/f7-mga-roomtune-products

Gee-whiz you sure got some cool rocks on your site, and I gotta get me one a those portable cassette machines. It sure looks nifty mr. kait.

And I also want to say, it's just terrible those mean people talked about you in those fake reports of how your a fraud. I have a good mind to go give them a piece of my mind. Mr. kait, don't you worry, if they knew you like I do they wouldn't say those things. Why dag gone it your the nicest of the nice guys there is, and smart too. Boy if my teachers in Dayton knew I was talkin to you, I would get a gold star fur sure. Wait a minute, I didn't go to school in Dayton. Hmmm, but you said I did so I must have cause you wouldn't tell a lie or deceive anyone. Anyone can see that by reading you mr. kait, why your about the straightest shooter there is.

Well, I better go now cause there's some good hi-tech black & white westerns comin on and if there's two things I can't live without it's those shows and your cool pics. Wow, you sure are the cats whiskers.

Hey everyone go buy mr. kait's stuff, he's the number one seller on AudioGon. He's got more groovy stuff than my aunt Martha and she's got everything.

I would place my order but mr. kait said he would never sell to anyone from TuneLand. I know, makes us pretty sad too. But I'm sure you guys will like it.

Ok listeners back to having fun :)

I hope you guys have a chance to look at the show report as we will be making announcements throughout the year on some of our plans and videos.

Also I encourage listeners to read about your fellow audiophiles converting to tuning. Personally I think it means more sometimes to read the hobbyist journey, from the stock to the tune. I enjoy sharing tuning, but when I see someone exploring the art of extreme listening I'm like a little kid at Christmas. I think "someone else has broken through to the deeper side of the hobby". Doesn't get any better than that!

Also as a note from a recent post

"The system is better in every way, and I mean every single way with no exceptions! The sound is bigger in every direction, and the music can breathe in a natural way, loaded with decay and harmonics that were missing before. The top end of typical red book digital is sweet, extended, and enjoyable. I want to listen to music all the time, instead of shutting the system off after an hour and reading through the reviews to see what I can buy to elevate system performance. I have been travelling down that road for almost 30 years, accumulating a laundry list of components that most audiophiles think should be in the High-End Hall of Fame. The simple system, letting things vibrate, and removing dampening devices that are supposed to stop vibrations, produces results that most of us are looking for but struggle to find. Of course these are my results and your experiments might yield different results, but I urge music lovers to give this method a try."

These are not words from me, or words from a magazine selling...magazines. These are the words of your fellow listeners sharing their experiences. I think my favorite part is the mention of Red Book.

If your stuck in your listening, there's another level waiting for you!

Oh, and you'll love the title http://tuneland.techno-zone.net/t287-the-kool-aid .

Micheal, I'm no longer stuck in my listening. I've been listening to LP's for a month now. Also listening to better digital stuff. Like audio DVD, SACD, and audio blu-ray. You need to get a better player. I would suggest either the Oppo 105D or the Marantz UD 7007. Both play CD/SACD/audioDVD/audiobluray. Then start listening to superior formats. You won't need to "tune" once you experience actual sound QUALITY. The LP's are awesome. Apparently, they're uncompressed. Also, unlike CD, they're not equalized in such a way to make them sound good on crappy equipment. I confess there are a few good sounding CD's,but they're pretty rare. I own, maybe, 10 of them, out of 300 CD's.

Thanks for the advice David. We do have DVD, SACD, and audio blu-ray, tables, 1"-2" tape and reel to reel, cassette as well as computer.

Your system can only play 10 CD's? Your telling me you have 300 CD's and only 10 of them play? Not trying to make an enemy by any means, but if you can only play 10 CD's maybe you shouldn't be giving others advice. Just saying that's a horrible sounding set up if that's the case.

I don't want to make comments about the 7007 or the 105 as we have tuned both of these. We tune every format, that's our job. But I do want to make a comment about you saying, no need to tune. If that's the level you wish to listen at we're cool with this, but I don't think you should be telling others what their sound is like when you haven't heard it, and if only able to play 10 Red Book wow brother that's pretty bad.

Glad your having fun listening though :)

Most CDs are unlistenable dreck. Even going to the Ultimate Low Mass 14 ounce CD system as I have can't fix them. The engineers in charge sucked. It's so obvious. But when a CD sounds good it sounds very good. Not as good as cassette, generally speaking, unfortunately. Tape is a natural medium. It breathes. CDs, on the other hand, are just SO dull and boring. Very amusical.

Well now isn't this cozy. We have geoff who only a year ago was bragging on his Oppo. Shortly after telling all he had arrived, he dumped his Oppo for a Sony Portable Sports Walkman cassette player. Next we have the guy who is telling me to get an Oppo, but he has only been able to play 10 CD's out of 300 on his system.

The weird and maybe funny or sad part is, neither of you see anything wrong with coming up here giving me, let alone anyone advice.

maybe I should put up this quote again, this isn't me speaking

"The system is better in every way, and I mean every single way with no exceptions! The sound is bigger in every direction, and the music can breathe in a natural way, loaded with decay and harmonics that were missing before. The top end of typical red book digital is sweet, extended, and enjoyable. So my question is, why in the world would I want to take advice from you two, instead of listening to someone who has been successful with playing the recordings?

I mean to me it's pretty simple math. I can listen to people who have been successful and happy or you two who have been extremely unsuccessful with the same source? Hmm....tough one? I'm gonna go with the one who has great sound thanks.

Goldie, did you used to work for the Government or something? You seem to have caught a bad case of Not invented Here. That's the Govvie attitude that no idea is worth considering if he didn't come up with it himself or at least steal it from someone else. Who knows, maybe there's some patient deprogrammer somewhere who can help you. Even if it's a GANG of deprogrammers. Honestly, I don't know what you're belly-aching about, you know, since I'm using a Ultra Low Mass System, just as you have been going on (and on) about lo these past six months. You just want all the limelight on those long wavy blond locks one assumes. You say Tunees can make each recording suit their taste, I say Tunees are never satisfied and have an extreme form of audio neurosis. Come on, jumping up to tune the room for every record? Why, it's like, uh, Prairie Dog Land.

Yes, I enjoy working with project teams, and as a matter of fact we are starting on projects as we speak. I find that working with others helps to get a vision for the big picture as well as being able to focus on the fine tunes. Plus hearing things through the ears of others is fascinating to me, and always has been.

you must work with a lot of teams yourself to come up with these products

http://www.machinadynamica.com/index.html

Do you all get together in your apartment complex and take turns putting on your Sony Ear-Phones. So just curious as you read on TuneLand you can see that we are listening every day and spending time listening together. We also visit several supply centers for materials in our now 3 locations and I show the guys how to choose the best sounding wood or other materials for any particular job, and then set them loose. I'm meeting with shops the first of next week and doing plans for other companies now. Keeps us and our listening rooms busy. So anyway since my involvement with others seems nonexistent to you, maybe you and I could start listening together and share ideas :)

You always have such a wealth of thoughts about others, you must have many friends in the industry and do tons of swapping ear phones with them.

And how do you always manage to have that happy go lucky vibe about you?

Like I have said, boy mr. kait, someday I hope to get to your level with my sony portable cassette player :0, when you speak you sure do make an impact on the audio biz. Well the AudioGon part, cause Geoff Kait is the number 1 seller on AudioGon. Did you guys know that? Yeah AudioGon must sell a butt load of stuff cause we can all see how busy mr. kait is. How many folks are in your factory now mr. kait. You must have your own pebble garden in full swing.

So maybe I should try AudioGon and learn from mr. kait, let's see. No mr. kait in dealer showcase. No mr.kait in factory direct. No mr.kait in featured sellers. Maybe their site is messed up cause mr. kait is their biggest seller. No mr. kait in the banner ads. Hmm am I on the right site? lets look at tweaks. No mr. kait in featured tweaks. Oh wait a minute, here it is http://app.audiogon.com/listings/tweaks-machina-dynamica-hot-rodded-portable-cd-player-2015-01-28-accessories-22042-mosby-va

Now I can click on this and see all the products, oh only two. Well now I know there's something wrong cause mr. kait wouldn't lie to me saying he is the biggest seller on AudioGon and really isn't.

Oh wait another minute, what did mr. kait say about CD's? "a lifeless" what? So I'm confused. It seems like mr. kait is bashing CD's right and left and agreeing with people who hate them, yet is selling portable CD Players as his #1 status AudioGon seller lead product?

Or is that me being again an internet troll?

If you don't mind me asking, what exactly did you do at the shows where you say you won best of show at?

When and where were these shows, and what product did you have there?

Here's why I'm asking. When I read your accounts they don't seem to match up with the actual account of either the claim or people's recollections. With someone who posts more than anyone here of their part in the audiophile community since 2008 according to you, there's very little in the way of pictures of you at shows or info.

Maybe you could supply us with the info so it would make it easier to see how involved in the industry.

I find myself asking, and asking others, who are these two members who show up on all my threads, with what seems to be internet stalking. Are you and or May inventors of some technology that is in use on a big scale?
