The power amplifiers and preamp appear to either be home-built or some kind of prototype.
The black boxes with the red lights on the front may be the powersupplies for the two power amplifiers.
If so, there would be some sort of large cable with a multi-pin connector going to each amplifier for the power connections.
Yes there is multi pin connection to each amplifier !!
What is the best way to get some kind of valuation ?? It also has what i would call crossover boxes aswell for the speakers which are acoustic energys.
I doubt that they have any value on the market.
Only an experienced engineer or technician is going to consider buying home-made gear, and only after looking it over very carefully and listening to it.
It may well be superb gear, but without documentation it is not worth anything to most people.
