I cannot help you choose among those speaker options but I would advise you to put angled supports (such as Auralex MoPADs or SpeakerDudes) under the front L/C/R so that they are aimed down to the earlevel of the listeners.  Also, I strongly suggest that, if you choose the Paradigm Cinema 110 option, you mount the L/R speakers vertically.

I suggest that you consider buying four of the Wharfdale Diamond 10.1 speakers plus the Diamond 10CS center speaker.

Those are available for a total of just under $1000 from Music Direct. That will be an excellent-sounding set of speakers; MUCH better than the ones you mentioned.

The front speakers can be angled toward the listening position by putting 4 soft-plastic stickon feet on the bottom and then putting a strip of wood about 1.5 inches (40 mm) thick under the rear feet.

I suggest mounting the rear speakers on wood shelves that are mounted to the wall and angled downward.

This can be done by buying steel right-angle brackets and bending them to a 110-degree angle, so that when the brackets are mounted to the wall behind where the speakers will be, the bracket slopes downward as it comes out. The shelves will then be screwed to the top of the brackets, which will not be visible when the speakers are in place.

A small strip of wood at the front of the shelf will keep the speakers from sliding off of the shelf.
