MSB Technology Professional Analog to Digital Converter includes an MM phono section.
to find exactly what you were looking for
good find Jackfish!
Furutech ADL GT40 is a lot less expensive than the MSB: www.stereophile.com/ces2010/furutech_gt40_usb_dac_with_phono_stage/index.html and www.stereophile.com/content/listening-105.

Thanks jackfish,
The MSB PAD-1 looks intriguing and I will have to look at this closer.
John, awesome find. It's not a an ADC with a phono stage, but I do have an interest in it xD
The FURUTECH is an ADC as it will convert the analog phono signal to 24bit/96kHz digital, but only through USB.
There's always the M2Tech Joplin.
