Moderated speech on a public board who's server space is owned and managed by a private enterprise.  It turns out, if you want to pay for a domain, server space, forum software, and so forth, you can have all the free speach you want.  Otherwise, no one is guaranteed free speech, (much the same as "privacy" for that matter) only that you have a right not to have those freedoms regulated by the government.

It's funny you mention that because I heard an occupy wall streeter on the radio the other day telling the host that the Feds needed to wipe out all college loan debts for unemployed students because he could not find a job. The host asked him what his major was, and responded, "ethnic studies".

The quick witted host immediately told the 'occupier' that nobody forced him choose a major like 'ethnic studies' or any of the other 'Advanced Bitterness' courses that only qualify him to be a barista at Starbucks for a living.

He then told him he would be better off occupying an employment office instead of blocking storefronts hindering people from actually trying to go to work.

The governor in my state posted all state employees salary.  I woman cam up to  me in the office and complained about the the vast differences in our salaries.  Thanks to Obama and my governor, I had to remind her that she chose to get pregnant when she was 16 and have four more children along the way.  As a result she only earned a GED and that is a reflection of her salary.  She started crying and saying it wasn't fair.  WTF.  Our politicians, both Republican and Democrat, are turning the citizens of this country into a bunch of fucking Canadians.  The Nazis were right about one thing, "Work Will Set You Free."
