Good Lord!
During a trip to Paris in '96 to cover the HiFi show, we visited the designers of the Jadis Eurythmie II. Their house was literally built around an enormous pair of horns with custom EL-34 amps behind them. Sources were all Jadis, of course. Note acoustic treatments on wall. Note flying Frenchman in center! Man, that system sounded ALIVE! Attention Art Dudley!
Yeah baby, they were AWESOME to experience. Seriously, the poured the concrete for the horns, THEN designed the house around it! Talk about a love pit! I have some pictures of the speaker during manufacture, I'll try to dig some of them up. As it were.
