Actually John it's to big. It doesn't fit on the screen. The topic, posts and last post sections you have to scroll over to see. Sure we can't go back to the way it was last year before all of these "improvements"?

Thank you very much. I hope a one-button "all recent posts" feature is next on the improvement agenda.

Glad it's back to normal, 21st century screen resolution sizing! I think you'll see more posting now by at least a few of us regulars who kept wincing every time we visited and saw what seemed to be a format sized for smart phones or something.

Hopefully not so hard to implement these, but would really add to the functionality of the site.

First: no signatures yet? Would be nice and seems pretty basic. And the ability to have email notification follow-ups if we wanted would be nice.

Second: Can we have a toggle to compress or expand Major forum zones, like close up past years topics, etc. The old site could do this. Having everything always expanded is a bit much.

Third: A better , more obvious spot for editing one's profile or checking/sending messages? Really hard to track down and only seems to show up at the main Home page, way down at the bottom and side. This should be on the top menu IMO no matter where you go on the site.

Forth: Any plans for a true, stripped down mobile site? Even better, a mobile site packaged as an iOS app. You get yourselves on someone's iPhone/Pad/Touch home screen and you'll keep a lot more traffic on the site.

Fifth: In 2011 it seems like a no brainer to have a little more rich text capabilities built in, like bold, italics and the like. And not the way the old site did it, with adding codes. Just select a word and hot the bold key.

Sixth: Support for photos coming soon? And Galleries? All gone, or coming back to life some day?

Seems everyone is having better luck with the new size than me.

Can you give a fellow audiophile a hand and tell me how I too can enjoy everything fitting on my screen without having to scroll over?

Thanks,
Jeff

Sorry you're having problems, Jeff. The Forum's active page width should be viewable on any monitor. (IIRC, it's 1000 pixels wide.) What resolution do you have set on your monitor?

Good morning John:

It was at 800x600. A little adjustment to the settings and now all is perfect. Boy do I feel stupid. Can I get a mulligan here? :)

Thank you John,
Jeff
