Balanced Audio Technology VK-60 single-ended parallel tube amp. At the moment I have one, but would love to bridge them to mono in the near future. Great sound---tight, quick, and yet lush. Unbeatable, IMHO.

.......a Mark Levinson 332 amp and 380 pre amp.........with an EAD Diskmaster CD AND a Pioneer DV-09 DVD player (for 96/24 Disks). After literally years of trying and searching and fiddling with differing components, I believe I have finally come upon a combination that with my room, speakers, and components allows me to be *closer to the music* and gives constant goosebumps!!

My amp is an Acoustat TNT 120 (1987). Nice look, nice sound. Parts quality is impressive. The replacement model is the Hafler Trans Nova, but the original is still working fine with my Totem 1s becauce of its high damping. Note the faceplate is brushed aluminum; they don't make nice faceplates anymore . . .

My NHT 2.5i's are driven by the fabulous Krell 300i integrated amp. This amp is literally the best buy in audio! Man, every single time that I listen to music at home, I feel like other high-end manufacturers are cheating folks out of their money. Krell amps are literally the best in the world! My MIT 330 and 750 series II interconnectors and speaker cables really are a perfect match for my amp. Wanting more would be a waste!

Previously owned a McCormack TLC-1 preamplifier and Power Drive DNA-0.5 power amplifier. Now in quest of a more open and transparent sound, as well as getting ready for the acquisition of a pair of Vandersteen 2Ce's, I have changed from the McCormack TLC-1/Power Drive 0.5 to an Adcom GFP-750/GFA-555 Mk.II. I think that in order for the Vandies to perform at their best, they need to be fed a great deal of power and a lot of current in order to sound controlled and refined. The Vandies, I feel really could benefit from being partnered to a strong muscle amp. On those counts, the Adcom GFA-555 Mk.II qualifies, hands down. Lots of power, sensible price. An unbeatable combination.

A Bryston 3B-ST,at less than $2000, and the punch of many amps twice it's price, it's got it all, and a 20 year warranty.

Absolutely nothing at the moment, but a cheap receiver. I'm in the process of finding the financing to purchase a Krell KAV300i.

Again, as a college student I can't afford high-end yet. I have the basic Pioneer 100W receiver. I do like and hope to someday own an Arcam intregrated amp and power amp to go with it, for 200W total.

I am using a Denon dolby digital deck... i know it isn't the most amazing amp, but I am in college and when combined with a dvd player, B&W CDM-7's as mains, Bose 301 as surround, an Aiwa center channel(soon to be B&W) and 95 watts per channel, BAM! Movies are always alive in my room and when there isn't a movie playing, music has to suffice (J/K) :) (I have heard a pair of Krell monoblocks(don't know the model) driving the infamous Nautilus 801's, and there is not another pair of amps i want!
