I really like being able to drop in, listen/browse, and chat. All the dealers in my area (Dallas and Austin) offer to come to my home, to listen, tweak and make suggestions. You can't have this kind of service online!

All purchases have been at Definitive Audio in Seattle. They have great products and great salespeople who give excellent advice...and they listen to your needs.

Purchased entire system - Anthem Pre/Pro, Anthem Amp, Denon DVD, Energy Veritas, Sony LCD Microdisplay, Monster line cond and a few other goodies.
