My Aim Is True This Year's Model Armed Forces
It's not unusual for an artist to have a single great album, nor is it rare for someone to have several strong releases over a career. But what are the three greatest consecutive releases by a single group or artist?
I know they've become over-played and are close to becoming a cliche', but Pink Floyd's run of Animals, DSOTM, and Wish You Were Here are pretty damned impressive. Throw in The Wall and you have a stretch that Cal Ripken and Lance Armstrong would envy! unbeatable.
