db audio in Berkeley, CA has been wonderful to me. They listened to me before I listened to any equipment. We put together a terrific system that met my budgetary needs, fulfilled the all-important Wife Acceptance Factor requirements, and (most important) provided me with a transcendent listening experience. I have gone back to them and added an analog front-end that makes me even happier. Their tactics have never been pushy, their advice and guidance have helped me separate the wheat from the chaff in this industry, and their encouraging manner gave me great confidence when I pulled the trigger and purchased my components. The few hi-end stores in the Kansas City lack suitable listening rooms and think that they're doing you a favor by selling at LIST price. My next system upgrade will me mail order!
