No need to apologize. Thank you for letting me know. I'm sorry that this problem hasn't been corrected or properly addressed. I contacted Zinio a month ago, and have contacted them again today, asking for additional information. I don't fully understand the nature of this problem. (That is, I don't know why it persists.) As soon as I hear something, I'll let you know. I'd be happy to send you a copy of the print version in the meantime.

I have been subscribing to the electronic edition of your excellent magazine for nearly 3 years (I have renewed my 2-year subscription), and I am VERY disappointed to see that the print function is again disabled, in the October issue.

I found it very practicle to print certain articles and be able to read them while going to work, and now, since the June or July issue, it is no longer possible. What a shame !

When I subscribed to Stereophile, this service was available. Now it's not, so I consider that I no longer receive what I payed for.

Why is this problem not solved yet ?
