Ah, this fucked up administration is doing more shit than you can shake a stick at. Who the fuck lends hundreds-of-billions of dollars to banks and automobile manufacturers that are not solvent? Our government does. The shit is going to hit the fan. And rightly so. How far can this plane fly on one engine? Straight to the scene of the crash.

They were cleared of any type of a connection to any terror group four years ago.

I could be wrong, but were they not rounded up at an Al Qaeda /Taliban terror camp? Were they just visiting and their tour bus got lost?

At the time, the US offered reward for suspected Al Quaeda sympathizers in Afghanistan. The locals would turn anyone in to get the reward. These guys were given up by the locals. Regardless of how they got there, they were cleared by the investigative bodies 4 years ago.

If they are so harmless why are they still being locked up? If they were cleared beyond a reasonable doubt why are they still considered dangerous? It just amazes me how people are so quick to exhibit total support for the torturer and complete contempt for the victims. I don't know but something tells me there is a reasonable doubt as to their innocence.

But to side with history, armies have often let captured combatants free during times of conflict. Nobody is complaining about that. Nor is anyway really complaining that much about Russia's disposal of all their captured combatants. Example, Wold War II. It worked for them just fine. Even today it works just fine for them. They effectively shut Georgia down with brute force. Nobody is complaining about that. So, what with the fucking complaining about assholes that will cut your throat that were allegedly "cleared" 4 years ago? Nobody was cleared of jack shit, that's why.

They were not considered dangerous. The reason they stayed where they were is because the US didn't want to hand them over to the Chinese for fear they would be persecuted in China.

Oh I see. The Chinese consider them dangerous enough so we send them to a tropic island. They were from China. They should have went back to China. I'm buying they were in a training camp in Afghanistan to return to China and kill innocent people. Or were they just using one of Afghanistan's many KOA campgrounds?

They are Chinese Muslims and they are persecuted in China. This is the reason the US didn't want to release them to the Chinese. I think you're fishing in shallow waters here.

No, I'm not. They are not persecuted in China. They are prosecuted in China. WTF, is a Chinese Muslim in Afghanistan? Some sort of Panda Bear of Muslims hanging out in Jihad country? Give me a break. Better yet. Provide them room and board at your place.

Why don't you ask the Bush era investigators who cleared them of any and all terrorists links what these guys were doing in Afghanistan and why they weren't sent to China?

They were running from the law in China. Be a good little liberal and send them back to China, Johnny Quest.

The Bush admin didn't want to send them back to China either. Why don't you call Dick Cheney and ask him why they didn't do that. If he doesn't shoot you, he may actually answer.

Maybe Cheney would shoot them for us.

I thought I would just express my appreciation to the Obama administration for sending our terrorists to Bermuda. It is nice to know that my tax dollars are being used to send IslamoFascists to a place few folk reading this post could afford to visit much less live. Maybe we can send the Abortion killer or perhaps the Holocaust killer there as well so they can all live in one happy margarita filled world on the beach...

If you think that's bad, the government has also been sending convicted murderers to live on San Francisco Bay at the San Quentin Hotel, where they've enjoyed free concerts by the likes of Johnny Cash.

Hell, those liberal governmenters of ours have even built prisons in Hawaii!

I can't afford to live on the SF Bay or in Hawaii.

Damn criminals and their luxury lifestyles.

As for prisons in France, Italy, etc... well, don't get me started.

Buddha, you certainly can afford to live in Fort Dick, can't you? Nestled in the lovely coastal Redwoods between Smith River and Crescent City, it's the home of infamous Pelican Bay State prison. Not only do the prisoners metriculate in verdant splendor, but the California Correctional Peace Officer's Assoc. ensures that each guard retires a millionaire.
