So what? Now you're telling us to coil our cables?! Oh my!!! What's next? Switch on your mixing console before your power amp?
We've all made that point too, dup. Position your speakers correctly with inexpensive cables and you'll get a larger return for your efforts than expensive cables with sloppy set up. DUH!!!
Who's next in your line up of "I can't hear anything, where's my equalizer" quotes?
Jan suffers from LCS? (Low Comphrehension Skills) Coiling the mic cables as in after they are ued at a live event and ya pack up stuff....holy moly, that's where robusto' matters, cables and wires that are constantly being moved, used, packed up, used agin, get quite beaten up, only the strong survive. That's where cable quality matters, in it's build qualitys. Coiling has nothing to do like you think as an "aduiophile" ad watcher, where a coiled cord SOUNDS different than one elsewhere....eeessshhhh
Right, dup, and no one does that after each time they use their home systems, so robust this or that doesn't matter to us. If your "expert" has the opinion that construction is important for coiling cables and that you should get set up right before dealing with cables, you've provided invaluable informatiion to a group that doesn't need that information. Give it a rest, dup and go adjust your equalizer.
"Give it a rest...and go adjust your equalizer." Amen. And, I might add, get a good therapist to help you coil your cables. Unfortunately, when the cables are coiled into illegible snarls, there is nothing any of us can do.
DUP, we wish you the best, even though none of us can help you disentangle your coils. All we can say is, mark where you insert the positive and negative terminals. Other than that, you are on your own.
