When we visited Terezin in 2006, there was decent museum presentation of the graphic art and literature that was written there but, since so few can read music, it was unfortunate that there was no adequate audio offering. Let me suggest a few recordings to those who might be interested:
Chamber Music of Gideon Klein on MDG
Chamber Music and Songs of Mieczyslaw Weinberg on RCA
Gideon Klein's Partita for Strings on Ondine

Thanks for the valuable recommendations, Kal. I could have REALLY used those recommendations when I was trying to dig up recordings by Theresienstadt composers a few years back. Too bad I found Stereophile a bit late! There are some recordings on Naxos, including Hans Krasa's opera "Brundibar," which was performed at Terezin by the children of the concentration camp. For some reason, Naxos decided to use adult singers, and the English-fied libretto is by the playwright Tony Kushner. I've yet to hear the opera performed by the children, as it ought to... the day I do, I swear, I probably won't be able to talk for about 24 hrs after hearing it...
