I actually only have experience with the Paradigms, but they're definitely worth a listen. I have a pair in a small secondary system, and they outclass the receiver driving them by a wide margin.
The Infinity Primus P162 are more economical than that, $175/pair new in box from one online source and $200/pair from numerous well-known online vendors. They are one of the best values in bookshelf speakers today.
The Paradigm Atom Monitor V.5 are about $250/pair and the PSB Alpha B1s about $280/pair. However, while the Atoms exhibit a little fuller bass than the Alpha B1s the latter have a more realistic midrange.
I listened to you guys and went to check the Atom Monitors too. They sounded very nice, but I think that less of a 'full' sound comparing to the DALI Concept 2, which are bigger.
While at the store, I also saw and listened for the first time to the Paradigm Mini Monitor and they sounded great as well.
Seems to me that most US stereophiles are more familiar with the Paradigm brand, but I wonder if anyone can see the specs for these 2 and give some pointers.

FYI - the room size is about 270 sq. ft. and the speakers will be powered by Harman Kardon 3485 120w x 2
Thanks very much again for your input
The specs can't tell me how these loudspeakers will sound to you. You have narrowed down your choices, now you are the one who has to decide which sounds best to you. Both are well regarded and comparably priced, but the choice is yours.
i've been very happy with my Epos ELS 3 mini monitors, which are comparable in price to some of the stuff you've listed. might be another to check out. i think there is a stereophile review of them on the site.
