I don't know if I really hear any improvement in upper mid-range coherence but perhaps its good for a few laughes...

Yes, the hirsute feline mod.
Works great unless you are unfortunate enough to get a purring model. The induced vibrations can be quite a problem.

All the cats I've seen are much more beat up or flattened out by the time I find them.
Remarkably lifelike, too. Good job!
Did you fill yours with sand, or lead shot?
