Do you get any sound at all?
Nothing, not even the 'hum' of connected speakers. I just thought it strange both speakers don't work.
It would be unusual for both speakers to stop working entirely. Test your speakers with a battery just to make certain they are working. I suspect the amp just doesn't like the limited current avaialable from the voltage converter. Does it have a amperage rating?
The converter has a 13amp fuse, not sure of the amp rating for the amplifier.
Then I'm not sure why you get nothing. As I said, test the speakers with a battery to make certain they are operational. If they prove to be in working order, unless someone here has a better solution, I would talk to a Denon service tech.
