Unfortunately, yes, partly for reasons out of my control. (See "As We See It" in the forthcoming January issue.) I am now aiming at the February issue.

Thanks for responding Mr. Atkinson. I've been waiting since you mentioned it in June (I think)... guess I can wait 2 more months.
Many times i read there will be a review of the Cd -player from Paul Bolin the Plinius CD-101. When is it coming?
In my opinion don`t announce future reviews, waiting is always terrible. Thank you for your great magazine!
Perhaps if Plinius advertise in the magazine the review will magically appear.
I get really tired of crap like this. You may think it amusing, Colin^, but the fact is that Paul Bolin has had a succession of problems in his personal life that have interfered with his reviewing activities.

I'm sorry to hear Paul has personal problems at home. But I get sick John of your egotististical editorial bullying.
This is unfair, Colin. You did attack JA's editorial objectivity when you accused him of favoring advertisers over non-advertisers. And he does hear this all the time, as my 20+ years of reading "Letters to the Editor" will document. And, since the accusations are always groundless, he most certainly is sick of it, as I would be and, yes, you would also be, if you were the editor. I am sure JA realizes that such innuendo goes with the territory, but this doesn't mean he has to sit silently on the ropes and become an inert punching bag. Occasionally defending himself certainly does not make JA an "editorial bully."
Well said, Clifton.
Fortunately for me, Colin, I've known and worked with others from New Zealand so I'm not tempted to think your behavior is typical. You might want to pay attention to the facts concerning coverage of products in the magazine versus advertisments. Within the last year, JA has patiently (I thought amazingly so) presented data regarding the correlation between ads and coverage for a period of a least a year or two and the data revealed absolutely no bias in the direction of advertisers. If you're going to make rude accusations, you might do well to check the facts, don't you think?
Forgive Colin, he hails from the most boring city in New Zealand, surrounded by lush farmland.
All that methane from the cows probably scrambled his brain a little.
Well, circumstances conspired against any earlier publication of this review. I have just proofed the pages of the Stirling and Harbeth follow-up reviews (which turned out to be more involved than I was anticipating) for publication in the April issue.
My apologies for the tardiness.
